Bottle Cap Chair feature in “Art and Antiques” magazine

Feeling Lilliputian? Why not splurge on a bottle cap chair – it will go so well with your paperback table and your handkerchief rug. Actually, the chair at right, which was made by Christopher R. Ellison of Bloomfield, New York, is big enough to seat any Gulliver who happens across it. And it could be yours (for $1,800) if you attend the 21st annual American Craft Council Fair in Baltimore, February 18-20, where there will also be fabrics, jewelry, toys, ornaments, tapestries, and other unusual objects. Ellison notes that this is his first chair; “I see it more as a sculpture,” he says. “It sits pretty hard.”
